Adv. Alekh Apurv is a litigation lawyer practising in the Supreme Court of India, with work also extending to High Courts, District Courts, Consumer Forums and other judicial, quasi-judicial and tribunal forums. In addition to New Delhi, he also practises at Vadodara, Gujarat.
His practice is centred on civil and criminal litigation, commercial disputes, insurance and consumer matters, constitutional issues, NDPS matters and appellate work.

What I Do

I also work on legal research and the preparation of pleadings, petitions, Special Leave Petitions, interlocutory applications and other court documents, together with case preparation for hearings before the Supreme Court and other courts and forums.
